The 2019 Camry comes with a choice of two different engines available in three drivetrain configurations: 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder and hybrid. The base 2.5L 4-cylinder powerplant does its job quietly and efficiently while providing 206 horsepower. Thusly equipped, the 2019 Camry is rated at 29 mpg in the city and an astonishing 41 mpg on the highway. A more powerful V6 engine is available for those who want faster acceleration and effortless passing power. The 3.5L unit powering the previous generation has been worked over and now produces 301 horsepower.
